Order Cancellations:

Because each order reserves time in our production schedule, canceled orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee, with a minimum fee of $20.

Once production has begun, custom or personalized orders may not be canceled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change to your order.
