Fulfillment Policy

  • Refund policy — To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Custom orders are non-refundable. Buyer pays for return shipping. Your item must be in the original packaging. The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. For additional information or questions please call the office at 307-672-8459. 
  • Delivery policy — Most items are built to order and ship once ready.  The shipping timeline can vary throughout the year from 4 weeks up to 3 months.  Once the order is placed customer will receive an e-mail conformation with the current shipping wait time.  Customer chooses between UPS and Postal Service for a shipping carrier.   • Return policy – If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange. Buyer pays for return shipping.
