Job Description

Job Purpose:

Serves customers by selling product and meeting customer needs. Personal relations networking and direct sales.

Duties:

  • Obtains sales orders via phone, walk-in and email.  Submits orders to office manager.
  • Supports office staff by providing product information and relaying customer services requests.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; making recommendations to management.
  • Assists in company Facebook page and related advertising.
  • Keeps promotional materials inventory.
  • Conducts shop tours as needed.
  • Relates push styled direct sales with existing customers and stores.
  • Follows up with customers on a personal basis to include: postcards, phone calls, emails etc.
  • General office duties as assigned.
  • General upkeep of store to include store cleanliness and product display maintenance.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Supervisor:

               This position reports to the office manager. Current office manager is Kelli Anderson.
